Full-Time Strategic Sourcing Specialist Role

Drive procurement excellence at CoolIT Systems as a full-time Strategic Sourcing Specialist. Your expertise in sourcing will be essential in enhancing supplier relationships and optimizing costs.

Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Sourcing, you will engage in supplier performance evaluations, contract negotiations, and support category management initiatives. Ideally, candidates will have 3-4 years of experience in strategic sourcing along with strong analytical skills. This position requires a proactive approach to improve supply chain efficiency and support innovative cooling technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Category Manager on sourcing strategies

• Manage supplier performance and compliance to quality standards

• Assist in drafting and renewing supplier contracts

• Maintain supplier data, generating key performance reports

• Identify strategic cost-saving opportunities through sourcing improvements

Requirements:

• 3-4 years’ experience in sourcing and supply chain

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business

• Proficient in contract management and supplier evaluation

• Familiarity with procurement systems and data analysis

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
