Supply Chain Expeditor

Pursue a contract role with Raise as a Supply Chain Expeditor in Calgary. You'll streamline processes and enhance stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery of materials.

As an Expeditor, you will support the Supply Chain function by managing deliverables for various projects. Your responsibilities will include expediting equipment and materials, managing documentation, and building relationships with vendors and project stakeholders. This role requires diligent tracking of project progress and risk management to avoid delays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expedite deliveries and manage timelines for projects

• Ensure all vendor documentation is complete and approved

• Review vendor schedules and inspect equipment/materials

• Communicate potential delays and coordinate solutions

• Maintain organized records for timely project closeouts

Requirements:

• University degree in Supply Chain or related field

• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of expediting best practices
