Reporting to the Vice President of Maintenance & Facilities, the Parts & Inventory Coordinator oversees stock handling, warehousing, parts identification, and cataloging. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Purchasing, Mechanics, and Assembly teams to ensure parts are available when needed while maintaining safety standards. Efficiency, accurate data entry, and vendor relationship management are crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Magnum’s inventory software for operations

• Maintain established stock levels for optimal inventory

• Process purchase orders for all incoming parts

• Organize and oversee the parts warehouse efficiently

• Provide timely inventory information to team members

Requirements:

• Proficient in Inventory Management Systems and Microsoft Office

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Capacity to work independently and adapt to change

• Experience in inventory management preferred
