Lead OPA!’s supply chain strategy as the Director of Supply Chain, responsible for operations across Canada. Drive procurement, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure operational excellence.

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee supply chain functions, ensuring product quality, supply continuity, and cost management across corporate and franchise operations. Your leadership will be vital in collaborating with various teams, including Operations, Finance, and Marketing, to support growth and success within the OPA! network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop national supply chain strategies aligning with business goals

• Lead procurement and logistics initiatives across the system

• Monitor commodity markets to manage operational challenges

• Evaluate supplier performance and manage supplier agreements

• Oversee inventory and supply coordination for restaurants

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• 10+ years of leadership experience in QSR or franchise settings

• Proven track record in procurement and logistics operations

• Strong analytical and financial management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
