Key Responsibilities:

• Support data entry and container tracking operations

• Book delivery appointments and verify shipment documents

• Maintain a shared email inbox, sorting and filing efficiently

• Interact with clients and transportation partners regularly

• Use MS Suite programs for effective task management

Requirements:

• Proven multitasking and problem-solving skills

• Intermediate Excel knowledge including VLOOKUP

• Comfortable with MS Suite software

• Experience in Transportation or Supply Chain is a plus

• Background in Data Entry or Analyst roles preferred
