As Purchasing Coordinator, you will oversee the sourcing of equipment and materials necessary for our operations in the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Construction sectors. Your expertise in vendor relationships and negotiation will be vital, along with ensuring inventory integrity and supporting capital budget planning. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with qualified vendors

• Process purchase orders and monitor outstanding orders

• Maintain and reconcile inventory records accurately

• Support capital budgeting and procurement activities

• Prepare and analyze reports related to purchasing and inventory

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in procurement

• Knowledge of ERP and inventory systems required

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Strong analytical capabilities and detail orientation

• Educational background in Supply Chain or related fields preferred
