EIL Senior Supply Chain Specialist Role

Become a pivotal player in Exchanger Industries Limited's supply chain team as a Senior Supply Chain Specialist based in Calgary. This hybrid position demands your expertise in project purchasing and vendor negotiation.

You will navigate complex supplier relationships while ensuring that materials meet ASME codes and project specifications. Your responsibilities encompass end-to-end procurement, from reading fabrication drawings to managing BOM accuracy. Collaborate closely with engineering and project management teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle project purchasing and expediting

• Analyze engineering drawings and material specifications

• Ensure BOM accuracy by cross-checking documents

• Conduct RFQs to secure competitive supplier bids

• Build and manage strong supplier partnerships

Requirements:

• Proven procurement experience in a heavy industry

• Ability to interpret engineering and fabrication drawings

• Understanding of ASME codes and material certification

• Exceptional RFQ and supplier negotiation skills

• Proficient in ERP software, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
