Calgary Junior Supply Chain Coordinator

Join Bird as a Junior Supply Chain Specialist and play a vital role in supporting supply chain operations in Calgary, Alberta. Assist with procurement, vendor management, and document control to enable strategic projects.

In this entry-level position, you'll provide analytical and operational support to the National Supply Chain Manager. Your contributions will encompass category management and the coordination of critical data and reporting processes. Exposure to enterprise supply chain systems within a large, multi-sector organization will enrich your professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain supply chain documentation and internal forms

• Assist in compiling and distributing reports for audiences

• Support RFQ, RFP, and RFI processes systematically

• Prepare agendas and track action items for meetings

• Analyze vendor utilization and market trends

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Business or Supply Chain Management

• 1-3 years' experience in supply chain or procurement roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and database management

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with RFx processes is an asset
