As a strategic Demand Analysis Manager, you will ensure robust planning processes that meet business objectives through effective inventory management. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and select optimal master plans for inventory and costs

• Lead monthly reviews and provide actionable supply insights

• Handle finished goods inventory and safety stock evaluations

• Manage daily tactical procurement details and supplier relations

• Communicate closely with teams to resolve procurement issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain

• Expertise in master planning and production scheduling

• English proficiency;
Korean and Mandarin preferred

• Strong analytical and communication skills
