Position: Operations Coordinator Role
Step into an Operations Coordinator role at our Calgary Business Centre, managing purchasing, logistics, and inside sales support. This full-time position requires a versatile skill set and a strong work ethic.
In this multifaceted role, you will directly support the Business Centre Manager in optimizing operations. Your responsibilities will include managing vendor relationships, coordinating logistics for shipments, and assisting inside sales with customer engagement. The position demands strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing and purchasing of materials

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics effectively

• Prepare quotes and sales orders for customer inquiries

• Help maintain organization and accuracy in warehouse inventory

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of shipments
Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in operations, logistics, or sales support

• Sound organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Customer service experience is a plus
