Operations & Logistics Intern — Trade Space (Calgary)

Trade Space is Canada's first co-warehousing company — 250+ businesses run their operations out of our three Calgary locations. That means our interns don't shadow one company; they touch dozens.

We're looking for an Operations & Logistics Intern to work alongside our logistics team on fulfillment, FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) projects, and day-to-day warehouse operations.

• Ship, receive, and dispatch orders across multiple client accounts
• Support FF&E fulfillment and organization projects
• Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries
• Help with member move-ins, setup, and warehouse layout changes
• Keep inventory organized and reporting accurate

• End-to-end logistics in a live, multi-client warehouse — not a simulation
• Real fulfillment platforms, courier systems, and inventory software
• How to prioritize and problem-solve when deadlines are real

• Studying Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Operations
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn by doing
• Comfortable with hands-on, physical warehouse work
• A clear communicator who can juggle a few things at once
