This role supports daily shipment planning, communication, and execution. We are looking for a detail-oriented team member who can help manage schedules, support customers, and keep operations organized in a fast-moving transport environment.
What you’ll do- Coordinate loads, communicate with drivers and customers, update shipment details, and ensure on-time service across multiple lanes and job types.
- Strong communication, problem solving, accuracy, and a calm approach under pressure.
- Experience in transportation or logistics is an asset.
