SCM/Procurement Coordinator role open now in downtown Calgary! 4-month contract, start ASAP, $30/hour+Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Procurement Coordinator in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta. Our client is looking to hire a contract SCM Coordinator for their team for a 4-month contract in their head office. This is a great opportunity to gain more experience in your career and work with a well known oil and gas company.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, full time in-office

Responsibilities:

Issuing a high-volume of purchase orders and contracts for a variety of projects and operations
Managing the PO lifecycle including close-outs
Setting up new vendors
Issuing RFPs, reviewing and drafting contracts, and working on commercial bid evaluations

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on experience in an SCM Coordinator, Procurement Specialist, or Buyer role
Fluent with MS Dynamics 365
Post-secondary completion in supply chain management
Experienced with high-volume POs
Working experience with RFPs and commercial bid evaluations
