Agilus by Synergie is hiring a Procurement Advisor to support Midstream Capital Projects in Calgary, Alberta. This contract position involves strategic sourcing and procurement lifecycle management.
In this role, you will actively manage sourcing initiatives from conception through to contract management, ensuring timely material delivery. Responsibilities include developing RFQ packages, negotiating terms, and facilitating compliance with SCM practices. Your insights will support continuous improvement across supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee sourcing activities for Midstream capital projects
• Develop RFQs and manage bid evaluations and contracts
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage order processes
• Drive compliance with supply chain management strategies
• Support various continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years in procurement and contract management
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, SAP, and related tools
• Bilingual English and French preferred
