Drive procurement success with CPKC as a Procurement Analyst for Mechanical Materials in Calgary, Alberta. Engage in daily buying, inventory management, and purchase processes to enhance operational efficiency.

CPKC is seeking a Procurement Analyst focused on Mechanical Operations. This full-time role encompasses managing procurement activities, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting the Sourcing to Pay processes. Ideal candidates will demonstrate analytical skills, customer service orientation, and familiarity with supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement portfolio and inventory levels

• Issue Purchase Orders based on Material Requirements Planning

• Optimize inventory based on demand and lead times

• Support customer requests and expediting stock transfers

• Analyze SAP reports to improve KPI metrics

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field

• Experience in Procurement or inventory management

• Knowledge of railway industry is an asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP/ERP systems

• Strong analytical and customer service skills
