The International Sales Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operational and commercial coordination of the company’s international cannabis business. This role supports global distributor and supplier relationships while ensuring accurate sales forecasting, supply planning, and fulfillment of international orders.

The position acts as the central coordination point between international distributors, commercial leadership, production facilities, and quality/regulatory teams to ensure export commitments are delivered reliably and efficiently.

This role is critical to ensuring the company’s international business operates with strong demand planning, supply alignment, and commercial execution across regulated global markets.

• Support the management of relationships with international distributors, suppliers, and wholesalers across the UK, Europe, Israel, and other regulated markets.
• Serve as a key commercial contact for distributor partners regarding order planning and supply availability.
• Support the Director, International Sales in commercial negotiations and contract execution.

• Develop and maintain international sales forecasts across all export markets.
• Track distributor demand signals and convert them into actionable production forecasts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust demand plans based on market dynamics.

• Coordinate with cultivation, manufacturing, and production teams to align supply with international demand.
• Manage international product allocation and export inventory planning.
• Ensure production schedules and supplier production/supply schedules support international contract commitments.

• Manage international purchase orders from distributors.
• Track order status and coordinate fulfillment with internal operations teams.
• Ensure shipments are executed according to agreed commercial timelines.

• Maintain oversight of international sales pipeline and order commitments.
• Monitor key commercial metrics including forecast accuracy, order fulfillment, and distributor performance.
• Support internal reporting and commercial planning for global markets.

• Work closely with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure export readiness for international shipments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Support commercial leadership with internal alignment across departments.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

• 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, operational excellence, or an equivalent role
• Experience working with distributors, B2B customers and suppliers
• Experience coordinating forecasting, supply planning, and order fulfillment
• Experience working in regulated industries such as cannabis, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, or food

• Strong forecasting, modelling, and demand planning capability
• Ability to coordinate across commercial and operational teams
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Advanced excel skills and the ability to leverage AI for decision making

• Experience in medical cannabis export markets
• Knowledge of EU and global cannabis regulatory frameworks
• Experience working with cultivation or manufacturing production planning
• Familiarity with international distributor supply chains
