Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. We are looking for a Claims Account Manager to join our Auto Supply Chain team!

As the operational link between our vendor partners and internal claims teams, you’ll lead day-to-day supply chain management for the Alberta Auto Rely Network—setting clear performance expectations, monitoring results, and driving continuous improvement. Working closely with the Manager, Claims Network and Operations Teams, you’ll help implement consistent processes and best practices that strengthen service quality, efficiency, and the customer experience.

This hybrid position is available in our Calgary or Edmonton offices. Please note that frequent regional travel is required.

• Vendor network leadership & performance management
• Influence and lead the vendor network in the region, supporting the Manager, Supply Chain, to optimize supply chain operations.
• Establish performance expectations with vendors and ensure targets, service standards, and outcomes are met.
• Measure, monitor, and communicate vendor performance using data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Review operational data to help identify regional opportunities, risks, and challenges—and recommend actions.
• Serve as a key escalation point for larger-scale concerns (capacity constraints, system issues, service breakdowns, etc.).
• Build and maintain respectful, collaborative relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Continuous improvement & operational excellence
• Partner with internal teams and supply chain vendors to build, pilot, and implement efficient and effective work processes using a solution-focused approach.
