Administrative Support III
Inside the Role
The Office Team Lead is a cross-functional, customer-facing role responsible for overseeing administrative and operational processes that support the Parts Distribution Center (PDC). This role ensures smooth coordination from inbound receiving to outbound shipments while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction for both internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Requires a broad understanding of skills, knowledge, and procedures of role
- Uses broad perspective to problem solve and find new solutions to problems
- Works independently with limited supervision
- Acts as an informal resource for new colleagues with less experience and explain detailed and/or complicated information with team
- Provides input, advice, and recommendations related to job field
- Initial triage of HR-related matters onsite
- Support OHS reporting and compliance activities for the network safety team.
- Oversee administrative staff (Receiving and Shipping Coordinators)
- Provide customer service support for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage APC tickets and system requests
- Coordinate receiving and shipping documentation
- Process PARs, purchase requests (PRs), and goods receipts (GRs)
- Handle non-production material (NPM) purchasing
- Support budget management activities
- Plan and organize employee engagement events (holiday luncheons, family days, facility events)
- Onsite onboarding support
- Workday questions

- Employee surveys and engagement
Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 3+ years of experience in administrative, operations,logistics, warehouse, distribution, or related environments.
- Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, team coordination, or supervisory experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound decisions independently.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience supporting warehouse or distribution center operations.
- Experience with purchasing, invoicing, budget tracking, or financial administration activities.
- Knowledge of SAP, Workday, Kronos, DVIEW, Salesforce, Enablon, or similar enterprise systems.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with employee relations, onboarding, and workforce support processes.
