As the Purchasing and Fleet Coordinator, you'll report to the Business Systems & Operations Manager. Your key role focuses on managing all purchasing processes, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining strict oversight of fleet operations. Your innovative strategies will enhance service quality and cost efficiency in our procurement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue and receive electronic purchase orders accurately

• Source high-quality goods within budget constraints

• Keep records of fleet activity, maintenance, and accidents

• Collaborate with management on fleet inspections

• Prepare detailed reports on fleet operations as needed
