In this office-based role, you will be responsible for ensuring cost-effective purchasing and timely delivery by issuing accurate purchase orders and monitoring supplier performance. You'll negotiate pricing and terms, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with internal teams. Your contribution will help maintain quality and inventory targets across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase goods in line with company needs

• Issue purchase orders with correct pricing and quantities

• Monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery

• Negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings

• Maintain accurate purchasing records in JDE systems

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business or Supply Chain

• 2–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Proficiency with JDE systems and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
