Onsite Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Management Analyst for a 12-month contract in downtown Calgary. In this role, you will support contractor onboarding, maintain accurate records, and ensure financial accuracy within the supply chain. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support contractor and LEM onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate contractor and supply chain records
• Resolve operational issues with project teams and suppliers
• Track outstanding actions for efficient documentation
• Perform reconciliations and investigate cost discrepancies
Requirements:
• Experience in Supply Chain Management or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to results
