Strong preference is given to candidates with EPC/EPCM, construction, midstream, pipeline, or broader energy industry experience.

- 10+ years in sourcing

, construction, midstream, pipeline, or broader energy sector projects - Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

- SCMP or equivalent professional designation
- Oracle ERP or similar procurement system experience
- Experience with equipment, services, or material supply agreements
- Experience with sourcing methodologies, commercial evaluation, and supplier qualification processes
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and procurement activities for major capital projects
- Develop sourcing strategies and execute competitive sourcing events
- Manage supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract award activities
- Administer contracts and purchase orders through amendments, claims, renewals, and closeout
- Provide commercial guidance on sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and contract structures
- Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, and commercial obligations
- Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, supplier, and supply chain risks
