Worley is hiring a Senior Expeditor in Calgary, Alberta, focused on delivering exceptional expediting services for EPCM projects. This full-time position is ideal for maximizing operational effectiveness.
As the Senior Expeditor, you will report to the Project Procurement Manager and be responsible for all aspects of expediting, from planning to execution.
Your role requires strong communication with suppliers to resolve issues, appraising their performance, and providing leadership to your team. You’ll ensure all vendor equipment and documentation reach job sites on time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning and execution of expediting tasks
• Interact with suppliers to troubleshoot delivery issues
• Monitor and evaluate supplier delivery effectiveness
• Provide leadership and guidance to expediting team members
• Maintain regular contact for status updates on materials
Requirements:
• Proven experience in expediting for engineered projects
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management
• Competence in business software for item tracking
• Relevant qualifications or extensive industry experience
• Strong adherence to safety and quality management
