This regular full-time position supports CE Renal Support within Health Shared Services. You will acquire routinely purchased supplies, equipment, and services for assigned work groups. The work follows established policies, practices, templates, and rules while requiring effective communication.

• Perform purchasing functions under established policies and practices
• Acquire routinely purchased supplies, equipment, and services
• Communicate effectively with staff and external vendors
• Research and collate procurement information
• Prepare quotations and issue purchase orders

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective communication with staff and external vendors
• Ability to follow established procurement rules and templates
• Satisfactory required security screening before starting work

Support CE Renal Support through purchasing, vendor communication, quotation preparation, and purchase order issuance at Foothills Medical Centre.
