Supplier Procurement Specialist

Strengthen supplier performance at CoolIT, an Ecolab Company, through contract management, cost analysis, and procurement reporting in a hybrid environment.

This Strategic Sourcing Specialist supports supplier relationships across a diverse supplier base for Direct Liquid Cooling technology. You will evaluate suppliers, contribute to scorecards and cost-recovery activities, manage supplier agreements, and monitor pricing and contract status. The position also requires collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program and Project Management teams to align sourcing with project timelines.

• Evaluate potential suppliers using performance and cost information
• Support supplier relationship and performance management activities
• Negotiate and administer supplier agreements and contracts
• Track supplier pricing trends and contract status
• Identify savings and continuous-improvement opportunities

• Three to four years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience
• Experience managing suppliers across a diverse supplier base
• Demonstrated data analysis and supplier evaluation abilities
• Experience negotiating supplier agreements is preferred
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
