Mining Maintenance Parts Coordinator

Coordinate maintenance parts at BW Gold’s Blackwater Mine using inventory control, procurement, and delivery skills on a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off rotation.
Reporting to the Senior Fixed Maintenance Planner, the Maintenance Parts Coordinator supports maintenance activities at the remote mine site. You will organize materials, collaborate with technicians, and maintain accurate inventory documentation. The work helps ensure required parts, tools, and supplies are available when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver parts, tools, materials, and supplies
Receive, verify, organize, and inspect delivered maintenance materials
Track and expedite backordered or delayed parts
Source parts from approved vendors and obtain pricing
Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and inventory documentation
Requirements:
Two or more years in parts coordination or inventory management
Knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes

Experience with inventory, ERP, or purchasing software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work remote rotations, shifts, and extreme weather
Bring organized parts coordination, procurement knowledge, and safe delivery practices to BW Gold’s Blackwater Mine maintenance operations.
