Painter - Summer Position

We are hiring Painters and Crew Managers for the upcoming spring and summer season. Our full-time positions offer reliable work, competitive pay, and the opportunity to develop valuable skills. As a painter, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions are key. You'll work on various painting projects, ensuring top-notch results and gaining valuable experience along the way. No prior painting experience is required, but is preferred.

As a Crew Lead, you’ll oversee a small team, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. In addition to painting, you'll provide leadership, help manage schedules, and ensure team satisfaction throughout the summer. If you enjoy taking on leadership roles, can handle responsibility, and want to advance your managerial capabilities, this role would be a great fit for you.

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites (vehicle preferred but not required)
• Ability to work from April through August
• Physical ability to carry equipment, ladders, and paint supplies
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality work
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team
