In this position, you’ll visit customers at their homes or workplaces, managing the complete repair process and ensuring that customer devices are treated with care. Your responsibilities will include efficient scheduling, equipment handling, and fostering local partnerships to drive business growth. You will uphold a professional image while seeking continuous improvement across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute high-quality repairs by managing bookings effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair journey
• Keep your mobile workshop and vehicle clean and organized
• Ensure quality control on all outbound repairs
• Track performance metrics and strive for excellence
Requirements:
• G/A Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving history
• Understanding of electronics and a desire to learn
• Clear communication skills for engaging customers
• Passionate about delivering professional service
• Thrive both independently and in team settings
Provide best-in-class mobile repairs and positively represent Likewize throughout Calgary.
