Facility Maintenance Building Operator

Position: Facility Maintenance Building Operator Role
Become a vital component of our Facility Operations team as a Building Operator. This role at MNP Community & Sport Centre focuses on HVAC systems, tenant satisfaction, and general maintenance responsibilities.

You will ensure optimal operations and the upkeep of the entire facility. Key tasks include preventive maintenance of HVAC systems, managing requests from tenants, and performing various repairs and maintenance tasks. Your ability to ensure safety and engage positively with guests will enhance the overall experience at the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor HVAC equipment operations

• Promptly address tenant maintenance inquiries

• Conduct regular water quality testing

• Assist in risk management and safety inspections

• Oversee repairs and liaise with contractors

Requirements:

• 4th Class Power Engineer certification required

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience

• Proficiency in building management systems

• Pool Operator Level 1 preferred

• Strong oral and written English skills
