Facility Maintenance Operator

Position: Facility Maintenance Operator Role
MNP Community & Sport Centre seeks a Facility Maintenance Operator to assure effective building operations. Focus on HVAC systems, tenant services, and maintenance tasks every day.

As part of the Facility Operations team, you will oversee daily operations, perform repairs, and maintain safety and sanitation across the facility. Your knowledge in plumbing, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance is essential. You will also be involved in snow removal and responding to tenant queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain HVAC and plumbing systems

• Conduct timely tenant request resolutions

• Engage in safety inspections and remediation actions

• Manage general maintenance duties as assigned

• Assist with equipment relocation and repairs

Requirements:

• 4th Class Power Engineer certification required

• Minimum 3 years in facility maintenance

• Ability to work rotational shifts

• Effective communication skills in English

• Strong mechanical aptitude for repairs
