Key Responsibilities:

• Execute general maintenance tasks in residential areas

• Perform plumbing and minor electrical repairs as needed

• Prepare vacant units through turnover inspections and maintenance

• Track and manage maintenance requests and work orders

• Conduct regular inspections of building systems for efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Fourth or Fifth Class Power Engineering certificate is mandatory

• Familiarity with maintenance best practices required

• Strong interpersonal and time management abilities

• Ability to use basic hand tools and perform physical tasks
