Deliver exceptional service as a Multi-Site Porter, combining concierge and facility support in a corporate environment. Ensure all areas are functional and inviting.
In this high-visibility role, you will support the workplace experience through hands-on service and maintenance across client facilities. You will be proactive in addressing cleanliness, safety, and functionality issues, significantly enhancing tenant experiences.
Your role is essential in supporting Integrated Facilities Management programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare for meetings and coordinate event setups
• Conduct routine checks in lobbies and common areas
• Manage spill responses and cleanliness issues promptly
• Perform light repairs and facilities maintenance
• Communicate service requests and escalate issues
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in customer-facing or facility roles preferred
•
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer literacy for reporting and communication
• Strong service-oriented and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
