Position: Electrical Maintenance Specialist Needed
Refresco is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Specialist to manage comprehensive maintenance tasks in a food production setting. Strong skills in troubleshooting and maintenance documentation are essential.

In this role, you will take responsibility for maintaining electrical and mechanical systems while adhering to quality and safety standards. Key aspects include performing preventive maintenance and using the CMMS system efficiently. You will contribute to improving work order effectiveness and communication within the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously

• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions

• Manage and optimize preventive maintenance schedules

• Lead improvements in work order processes and efficiency

• Complete daily maintenance documentation thoroughly

Requirements:

• 5 years of maintenance experience in a production role

• Millwright/Electrician certification or relevant training

• Proficiency in understanding mechanical and electrical diagrams

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Ability to work effectively in a repetitive environment
