Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure quality living standards for residents. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs

• Coordinate vacant apartment renovations for readiness

• Respond to resident maintenance requests quickly

• Maintain accurate inventory of tools and equipment

• Communicate project timelines effectively to residents

Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance and customer service

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence preferable

• Ability to manage physically demanding tasks

• On-call flexibility including evenings and weekends
