You will be responsible for maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems while ensuring the property is safe and welcoming for tenants. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative maintenance on vital building systems

• Respond to tenant service calls in a professional manner

• Ensure safety and aesthetic quality of the property

• Oversee contractor work to meet building standards

• Keep detailed maintenance and equipment logs

Requirements:

• Recent experience in Building Operations (3-5 years)

• Valid driver's license and Class 5 Operator Certificate

• Knowledge of fire codes and WHMIS procedures

• Proactively solve problems and communicate effectively

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions
