Atria is seeking a Maintenance Technician with property management experience to handle various maintenance duties. This role requires diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and completing service requests while adhering to company standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues efficiently

• Complete service requests in a safe and timely manner

• Perform turn-key work for vacant apartment readiness

• Maintain high customer service standards consistently

• Supervise vendors and outside contractors as needed

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

• 1 year of property management maintenance experience

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

• Familiarity with maintenance tools and supplies

• Basic arithmetic skills for calculations and measurements
