Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely

• Prepare apartments for incoming tenants

• Respond effectively to resident maintenance requests

• Enforce Atria safety policies and standards

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED preferred

• At least 1 year in maintenance roles required

• Basic measurement and arithmetic capabilities

• Must possess a valid driver's license

• Familiarity with maintenance equipment and tools
