Example Job Task List (for Office aspects)

Light duty common area cleaning

Daily disinfecting of all high traffic surfaces and touch points

Daily housekeeping tasks as required (written schedule provided)

Occasional deep cleaning of areas and equipment on a rotational basis

Maintaining inventory/supply levels/restocking supplies as needed

Coffee and water set up for meetings, including clean‑up

Catering assistance for meals including full kitchen clean‑up

Reporting and responding to any building issues promptly

Coordinating and supervising trades while they work on the property

Requirements
What We Would Like From You
Experience

Experience in cleaning and organizing residential locations

Demonstrated ability to productively work with little supervision

Reliable, trustworthy, and physically able to perform the role

Good problem solving and written/verbal communication skills in English

Motivated, confidential person, able to work efficiently and effectively – both independently and in a team environment

Comfortable and confident working within a professional environment alone and with small teams and tight timelines

Qualifications

Must reside in or near Banff, Canada / Already Permitted to Work in Canada

Residential/Commercial property cleaning: 2–3 years (preferred)

Previous experience working alone and in a team will also be an attribute

Possess or be prepared to complete First Aid certification (at employer's expense)

Possess or be prepared to complete Fall Protection certification (at employer's expense)

Having a reliable vehicle and a valid Driver's License is desirable

Applicant selected for hire will be required to provide a satisfactory Drivers Abstract (if applicable) as well as successfully complete a background check (which includes references & credential verifications, as well as a criminal record check, enhanced reliability security clearance, confidential security clearance), Drug & Alcohol, Fitness to Work test and be bondable.
