Part-Time Cleaning Caretaker at RVS

Become a Caretaker I with Rocky View Schools, focusing on essential cleaning tasks at Rainbow Creek Elementary School. This part-time role mainly involves after-school hours, contributing to a safe learning environment.

In your new role, you will ensure that school facilities are maintained in pristine condition. Reporting to the Head Building Operator, you will conduct various cleaning duties while also performing security checks. The ideal applicant will take pride in their work and possess the ability to follow safety practices while working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute diverse cleaning tasks following safety standards

• Ensure cleanliness of sidewalks and entrances

• Perform scheduled building security checks

• Exhibit independence while also engaging in team efforts

• Maintain high sanitation standards throughout the school

Requirements:

• Prior experience in custodial work is an asset

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures is beneficial

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety regulations

• Work effectively with minimal supervision
