Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial/light maintenance experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic repair experience with hand tools preferred

• Clear criminal record and valid driver's license

• Reliable vehicle for travel between locations
