Mobile Repair Technician

In this role, you'll be the face of Likewize, responsible for managing daily bookings, executing repairs, and engaging positively with customers. Your expertise in electronics and friendly service will enhance the customer experience while ensuring devices are handled with care. You will oversee the repair process from start to finish, maintaining professional standards and focusing on quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform timely and high-quality repairs on customer devices
• Manage appointments and customer communications effectively
• Ensure cleanliness of mobile workshop and equipment
• Monitor performance against service standards and KPIs
• Engage with local partners for business growth
Requirements:
• Valid G/A Class 5 driver’s license with a clean record
• Foundational knowledge of electronics and a willingness to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-first mindset for professional service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Deliver top-notch repairs while representing Likewize in the Greater Calgary area, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
