The Maintenance Technician role reports to the Maintenance Manager and focuses on keeping all building systems—like HVAC, plumbing, and life safety systems—operating efficiently. Your responsibilities will include routine inspections, managing vendors, and maintaining maintenance records. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on mechanical systems

• Conduct daily interior and exterior site inspections

• Oversee vendor work and ensure compliance with safety policies

• Maintain cleanliness of properties and vacant suites

• Keep accurate maintenance records and inventory logs

Requirements:

• Two years of relevant maintenance experience preferred

• High school diploma with relevant courses or certification

• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager and Work Order App helpful

• Ability to lift at least 25 kilograms

• Strong communication skills with staff and residents
