Position: Pomeroy Lodging Maintenance Attendant Needed
Be a key part of the guest experience as a Maintenance Attendant at Pomeroy Lodging, focusing on hands-on maintenance and problem-solving. Help elevate each guest's stay by ensuring all hotel areas are well-maintained.

In this critical role at Pomeroy Lodging, you will ensure all aspects of the hotel are functional and appealing to guests. Your duties will include attending to day-to-day maintenance needs and liaising with management for larger repair projects. You'll be responsible for maintaining detailed records and managing various maintenance tasks effectively. A fundamental knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during guest encounters

• Proactively address all maintenance requests

• Keep detailed records of maintenance issues

• Perform essential maintenance tasks across multiple trades

• Ensure public areas and amenities remain in top shape

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance roles

• Previous training or certification in hotel maintenance preferred

• Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing required

• Competent in mathematical calculations for tasks

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
