In this full-time, permanent position, your role as a certified Power Engineer involves operating, maintaining, and inspecting all building systems. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations while providing exceptional customer service to residents and coordinating contractor activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain all HVAC and plumbing systems

• Conduct inspections of fire and life safety equipment

• Complete maintenance logs and documentation

Requirements:

• Valid 4th or 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate

• Experience with Building Automation Systems
