As a Maintenance Team Member, you will ensure clean and safe spaces for all visitors and tenants. This full-time position offers a chance to demonstrate your communication skills and self-starting abilities while handling various maintenance tasks. You'll be responsible for both janitorial duties and light maintenance, making sure the property is always presentable and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness indoors and outdoors, including landscaping

• Perform janitorial tasks, ensuring facilities are stocked and tidy

• Execute seasonal maintenance like power washing and snow clearing

• Address tenant inquiries promptly and effectively

• Report safety and security concerns to the Property Manager

Requirements:

• Skilled in basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

• Basic bobcat training experience preferred

• Able to lift 30-40 lbs. comfortably

• Comfortable working at heights

• Strong communication skills and customer service focus
