Key Responsibilities:

• Apply salt/sand for snow management according to plans

• Maintain equipment used for cleaning and snow removal

• Collect litter and clean storage areas outdoors

• Sweep and control weeds on sidewalks regularly

• Report any damages or hazards to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance roles

• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks

• Solid understanding of cleaning protocols and safety

• Must follow verbal and written instructions in English

• Consistent attendance is a must
