Plasti-Fab Maintenance Team Leader

Drive equipment efficiency as a Maintenance Team Leader at Plasti-Fab. Oversee the maintenance of production equipment and enforce safety regulations while managing technical staff.

In the Maintenance Manager role, you will ensure that all maintenance activities align with production schedules and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include developing preventative strategies and coordinating with various departments for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and execute proactive maintenance tasks

• Develop preventative maintenance processes

• Oversee on-site contractors for safety and quality

• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues

• Interface with departments for project execution

Requirements:

• Education as a Millwright or Electrician

• 5-7 years of experience in maintenance environments

• Previous leadership within a maintenance setting

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling
