Position: Sanitation Specialist Full-Time GDI Services

In this full-time position, you'll work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. Your key role involves interacting closely with cleaning tools and equipment while ensuring compliance with health standards. Strong communication skills and mechanical aptitude are critical as you perform various sanitation tasks, including cleaning floors, removing garbage, and using specialized equipment efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote an inclusive and productive sanitation culture

• Execute washing, stripping, and finishing of floors

• Maintain cleanliness of overheads, walls, and washrooms

• Conduct preventive maintenance on cleaning equipment

• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma necessary

• Excellent communication skills required

• Sanitation experience in food plants is an asset

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

• Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
