• Execute general maintenance across hotel facilities
• Address guest repair requests efficiently
• Conduct property inspections and report findings
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
• Collaborate with external contractors when needed

• 1-year experience in building maintenance required
• Familiarity with various maintenance tools and techniques
• Robust verbal and written English communication
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
