Position: Full-Time Building Operator at Glencoe Golf Club
Join the Glencoe Golf & Country Club as a Full-Time Building Operator focused on enhancing member experiences through facility maintenance. Ensure operational excellence in a stunning environment along the Elbow River.

In this vital role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and engage in hands-on building operations and maintenance. You will be responsible for monitoring HVAC systems, executing work orders, and performing general repairs to maintain the safety and aesthetics of the clubhouse. A proactive approach to maintenance will be essential to keep the facilities impeccable and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and address work orders for optimal facility operation

• Operate and maintain HVAC and building automation systems

• Perform general repairs including plumbing, carpentry, and painting

• Monitor boiler operation and maintain water chemistry

• Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal

Requirements:

• 5+ years in building operations and maintenance

• Experience with HVAC and plumbing systems

• Proficient in reading technical documentation

• Reliable transportation is essential

• Fifth Class Power Engineer certification preferred
